We have savings coupons and Senior discounts. This makes it easy even for Senior Citizen to do business with us. if the scope of the work is too much. we can do a spot cleaning or partial cleaning. At that point we can also give them a savings coupon and we can come back at a later time and they can use there savings coupon to save more money. We want to help in any way we can and we will go out of our way to work with our customers and earn there business.

Doing extra work.

We finished a job one day earlier than expected. What we did is come back the next day any way with a full crew and did extra work free of charge for our customer. The home needed additional work because the yard was very dirty, the landscaping, plants and leaves were all over the yard. Just to make a long story short. That’s how we role.

We are gettin more and more repeat business from day to day. And I think one of the reasons is we treat our customers good and really go out of our way to give them a professional experience. When we do business with them, besides giving them professional service, they get a saving coupons and discounts and the price goes down and down and they like that very much. You only get what you give. This applies even if it means giving your prices to your competitors. I was so happy the other day. I finally got to speak to one of my competitors and l let him know what our prices were for cleaning. I have always seen his prices and thought he was giving his service away. I thought either this guy was desperate or uneducated or did not know the pricing of professional cleaning. Come to find out, this person was nothing of the above. He was very educated, far from reckless, full of hope and a kind gentlemen. Come to find out, being the owner of a new company, he was selling his service for less and just wanted to get known. Today this gentlemen owns one of the top residential cleaning companies. You only get what you give. We all know, you always get what you pay for. Good luck to you and your wife my friend.

What we do with alot of rain and rain gutter work

When it rains a lot, people seem to really call with rain gutter problems. Some of the time we come out in the rain and when it really is raining hard, we have to use good judgement to let the rain calm down alittle. This is so we can do our job safely. Also sometimes its hard to put the job off because of the dirty rain gutters are causing water damage to the home or business. Bucket on a Belt

There is nothing nicer than a big pro bucket and this baby holds up to 24 quarts of window cleaning water and sulution. The nice thing about a pro bucket is the shape. It fits the cleaning pad nicely and does not drip water. They are very deep and the 18 inch cleaning pads fit just right. A good tool we like to use is the bucket on a belt. We like the multi purpose type which has lots of extra slots for your squeegees . The drip guards are really nice too. So if you buy a bucket on a belt, don’t forget to get your drip gaurd.

If you don’t know the scope of the work, we are pissing in the wind if we give you a bid.

To give a good estimate you have to know the scope of the work and what the budget is. If the client knows what they want and are price sensitive and only want what they can afford, that is ok as long as they make that clear to you or at least tell you they are trying to get the best price. Then all you need to know approximately what they expect to pay so that you can give them a good price to get the bid. When the person, or I sould say someone’s employee just wants a bid and is working for someone who is telling them to get bids, the person you are dealing with in that case does not have a clue as to what the scope of the work is, or the amount of the budget.

This situation is bad for anybody on the receiving end, namely the person giving the bid because that is what we call pissing in the wind. I am not trying to be vulgar crude or coarse. I am just trying to make a point and make it very clear. If you know what type of work you’re trying to get and the expected budget, then we can work with you.

For example, we can do spot cleaning and just clean the bad areas. By doing that, we can make it work for both parties involved. That way we can still do the service and do it well and not compromise our company’s reputation or integrity.
The person getting the bid does have to know the scope of the work. This is so they know what they are getting for there money.
An example is if an employee is being told by their boss to get 3 bids so they can get the best deal. Now the best deal is to get the job done right for a good price. Let me give you an example. If a person is calling to get their rain gutters cleaned on a commercial property a 30,000 square foot building, and trees are the main problem because they are sheding on the roof and the roof has leaves all over it. Well, I can tell you from experience they don’t just need the rain gutters cleaned, they need to clean the dirty roof first and then the gutters can be cleaned or it would just be a waste of money. The first breeze is going to dirty all the work that was just completed.

Now in this kind of business, there are plenty of fly by nights or people who just want to do a half hazardly type of work and that’s alright for some, but not for me. I have worked to hard to achieve a good reputation. So that’s the bottom line, and I will try to close. You need to know the scope of the work, that needs to be done in order for the job to be done correctly.
