Window cleaning and window washing
CHD provides residential and commercial window cleaning for homes, larger properties, HOAs, property managers, storefronts, and business properties across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, North San Diego, and nearby Southern California communities.
Good window cleaning is more than wiping glass. Screens, sills, tracks, frames, hard-water spotting, construction residue, tint, film, specialty glass, and second-story access can all affect the method and the estimate.

How the work is approached
CHD uses traditional squeegee work, microfiber detailing, DI or reverse osmosis water-fed pole systems, lifts, and restoration methods where appropriate. Water-fed poles can be useful for exterior and higher glass, while hands-on squeegee work is often better for detailed windows, interiors, older glass, and problem areas.
Depending on the scope, the work may include exterior glass, interior glass, screen cleaning, sill and track cleaning, edge detailing, and final inspection. Spot cleaning can sometimes target specific areas when a full-property cleaning is not needed, and the estimate can clarify what level of service makes sense for the home or business.
Screens, tracks, sills, and detail work
Dirty screens can make freshly cleaned windows look dull again because dust and debris can transfer back onto the glass. Tracks and sills also collect dust, insects, moisture, and debris. If those areas matter to the final presentation, they should be included in the scope before work begins.
Homes with French doors, many small panes, picture windows, radius windows, casement windows, skylights, double-hung windows, or horizontal sliders may take more detail time than a simple exterior glass cleaning.
Hard water, construction residue, and specialty glass
Hard water spots, paint overspray, silicone, adhesive, oxidation, failed seals, scratches, and construction debris are not the same as ordinary dirt. Some marks require restoration work, some require extra care, and some may not fully come out with standard window washing.
Tinted windows, aftermarket film, tempered glass, low-E coatings, decorative glass, and older panes should be handled carefully. Aggressive scraping or abrasive cleaning should be discussed before it is attempted, especially after construction or remodeling.
Commercial window cleaning
Commercial window cleaning may involve storefront glass, office windows, higher exterior glass, lift access, tenant timing, parking constraints, and property manager requirements. CHD can discuss whether traditional methods, purified-water systems, spot cleaning, or a broader building-maintenance schedule fits the property.

Before you schedule
For a more useful estimate, mention the property city, number of stories, whether interior glass is included, screen and track expectations, hard-water spotting, construction residue, access issues, pets, gates, parking, and any timing constraints.
